Days not allowed to fast

Bukhari :: Book 3 :: Volume 31 :: Hadith 216
Narrated 'Aisha and Ibn 'Umar:
Nobody was allowed to fast on the days of Tashriq except those who could not afford the Hadi (Sacrifice).

Bukhari :: Book 3 :: Volume 31 :: Hadith 217
Narrated Ibn 'Umar:
Fasting for those who perform ,Hajj-at-Tamattu' (in lieu of the Hadi which they cannot afford) may be performed up to the day of 'Arafat. And if one does not get a Hadi and has not fasted (before the 'Id) then one should fast of the days of Mina. (11, 12 and 13th of Dhul Hajja).

Muslim :: Book 6 : Hadith 2533
Abu Ubaid, the freed slave of Ibn Azhar, reported: I observed Id along with Umar b. al-Khattab (Allah be pleased with him). He came (out in an open space) and prayed and (after) completing it addressed the people and said: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) has forbidden the observing of fast on these two days. One is the day of Fitr (at the end of your fasts), and the second one, the day when you eat (the meat) of your sacrifices.

Muslim :: Book 6 : Hadith 2534
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) forbade to observe fast on these two days. 'Id-ul-Adha bi and 'Id-ul-Fitr.

Muslim :: Book 6 : Hadith 2539
Nubaisha al-Hudhali reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The days of Tashriq are the days of eating and drinking.

The conclutions of the hadits’ above:
We are not allowed to fast sunnah on the days:
1. Idul fitri
2. Idul Adha
3. 11, 12, 13 of Dhul Hajja/the days of Tashriq

For people who perform fasting of Prophet of David must stop the fasting on the Idul Adha/10 dhul hajja and the next tree days on 11, 12, 13 dhul hajja.

On 14 dhul hajja, we start the Fasting of Prophet of David as usual. And I hope this information will be helpful .
